  • Allstar offers service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (except for leap years!) closing only for inclement weather deemed too dangerous to operate in.

  • Yes! We are so much more than a taxi service, offering delivery of anything legal to deliver that will fit in the vehicles including hot food, small packages, courier service, etc. We have a shopping service, picking up from any area store and delivering it. We provide medical transport for ambulatory passengers and lab specimens. We'll provide dedicated service for parties, businesses, and individuals. If you need something not listed here, just call us and we will work with you to provide you service.

  • We go to great lengths to make sure we have quality drivers, requiring them to provide a 5 year DMV driving record and a State Police background check upon hiring and each year thereafter. All drivers are able to obtain the license issued by our most stringent service area (Corvallis). Further more, we mystery shop our drivers on a regular basis.

  • Well, we adher to a strict routine maintenence schedule, field vehicles made to see extreme abuse and keep the occupants safe, are aware of who is in the driver's seat at all times, and to top it off: we beat their prices almost all of the time so the question is: why take a ride share?

  • As long as you are coming back to one of our service areas, We'd be happy to pick you up anywhere in Oregon. Of course, you must prepay prior to the taxi leaving to get you.

  • We would if there actually was a town named that. We'll transport passengers and packages coming to or leaving our service area from or to any location within the State of Oregon.

  • They vary. They are flat rate fares dependent on location of pick-up, location of drop-off, the distance traveled, the number of stops, and how much time was spent waiting. A list of most rates for both Albany and Corvallis can be found on our rates page.

  • Certainly. In fact, our medical transport services do that very thing on a daily basis and are more than happy to take walk on customers.

  • Unless it is a service animal which are always allowed, it's completely up to the leasing operator on shift. Most do not mind provided the animals are in carriers or well behaved. However, additional fees will apply if the animal (including service animals) defecates, sheds excessively, causes damage, or otherwise disrupts our normal flow of service.

  • Sure, no less safe than anywhere else you pay over the phone. When you communicate your payment details to us, you are doing so ONLY with our dispatcher that is on duty. Once we run your information though our card service provider (we currently conduct all transactions through Square), the information is then disposed of securely via physical shredder.
